Great location, close to the center but not in the middle. Spacious apartment, ideal for families or friends. Friendly and English-speaking receptionist.
Poorly maintained furniture, with scratched floors and tape-wrapped light switches. Dirty and damaged balcony furniture and appliances.

Spacious apartment, loved the pool and hot tub, great for skiing and hiking.
Who needs a hair dryer or laundry facilities anyway? Just buy them yourself!

the apartment was spacious and modern, perfect for a family or friends. The location was convenient, close to the center but not right in the middle. The receptionist spoke fluent English and was very kind. We were even able to bring our small dogs without any extra charges.

I had an amazing New Year experience at this hotel! The apartment was spacious and perfect for a family or group of friends. The location was also great - close enough to the center but not too noisy. The best part was that I was able to bring my two small dogs without any extra charge. They had a blast exploring the surroundings!
There were a few downsides to my stay. The street noise sometimes woke up my kid from their nap, so I would recommend better insulated windows if your room faces the street.

Guests can also enjoy access to the spa after a day of trekking.
The swimming pool in the spa area can be crowded, and the opening times could be adjusted to accommodate more guests.

The swimming pool was absolutely incredible, mind-blowing even! We loved taking a dip and relaxing in the jacuzzi. The underground parking with allocated parking space was a huge plus, no need to worry about finding a spot. The location was perfect, just a short 20-minute walk to the city center. And despite Zakopane being filled with cars, we didn't have any trouble getting around. The apartment itself was super spacious and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The free wi-fi, well-equipped kitchen, and flat-screen TV were all great perks. Plus, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. And the fact that we could bring our two small dogs without any extra cost was icing on the cake. We can't wait to come back!

We had a blast hitting the slopes and shredding the pow on our ski trip. The location was perfect, close to the ski resort and just a short walk to the city center. The spacious apartment had everything we needed, plus the staff was super cool and helpful. Definitely coming back for more snow adventures!
If there's one thing we'd ask for, it's a banging party room where we can chill and crank up the music with our friends. That would take our stay to the next level of epicness!
